We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager based in London who has a proven track record of selling UAE developer projects, especially off-plan residential properties. This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional who understands the Dubai real estate market and has experience working with international investors and high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive sales of UAE projects to international clients from the UK and Europe
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, client presentations, negotiations, and deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, and key stakeholders
  • Represent the company at international property exhibitions, roadshows, and client events
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and senior leadership to execute sales strategies
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive in real estate
  • Mandatory experience selling UAE / Dubai developer projects (off-plan or ready properties)
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and developer landscape
  • Currently based in the UK
  • Experience working with international or overseas investors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
