About One Day Agency

One Day Agency is an integrated advertising and marketing agency with presence in Manchester, London, Paris, and Warsaw. In just six years, we’ve built a team of 20 specialists delivering campaigns for brands of all sizes across the globe, from fast-growing e-commerce brands to Formula 1 teams. We specialise in strategic media planning and buying across OOH, TV, Radio, Digital and wider ATL channels, helping brands grow through smart, commercially focused advertising. Our model is different from traditional agencies. We work fast, stay hands-on, and give people real ownership early.

The Role

We’re looking for a Growth Manager to join our fast-paced Growth Team. This is not a traditional siloed agency role. You’ll be involved across strategy, pitching, media planning, buying, client management, campaign delivery, and commercial growth, working directly with both clients and media partners across UK and international markets. You’ll take ownership of projects from brief through to delivery, managing multiple campaigns and priorities at once across OOH, TV, Radio, Digital and wider ATL media channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, likes responsibility, and wants exposure to all areas of agency life rather than being confined to a narrow role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert inbound client opportunities (no cold calling)
  • Build media plans and campaign recommendations across multiple channels
  • Plan and buy media across OOH, TV, Radio and Digital channels globally
  • Lead client communication and build strong long-term relationships
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end from briefing through to execution
  • Work directly with media owners and external partners
  • Support pitches, proposals and wider growth initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver campaigns successfully

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years experience within an agency or advertising sales environment
  • Must have experience with planning and buying OOH campaigns
  • Experience managing campaigns or clients end-to-end
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator comfortable dealing directly with clients and partners
  • Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn quickly
  • Interest in OOH, TV, Radio, Digital and wider media strategy

We’re looking for someone who loves media. Someone who gets excited by new advertising opportunities, enjoys digging into strategy and planning, but is equally happy picking up the phone, building relationships, and helping win new business. You’ll be naturally curious, proactive, and always keen to learn something new.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £30,000 to £45,000 base + uncapped commissions (potential +£50,000, average £15,000 first year)
  • Work-from-home every Friday + 20 additional WFH days per year
  • Up to 30 days annual leave
  • Doctor Care Anywhere, access to GP and Advanced Clinical Practitioner appointments, available 24/7, 365 days a year
  • Unlimited training and development budget
  • High-end equipment and office setup
  • Exposure to international campaigns and clients across multiple markets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Manchester-based or willing to commute 4 days per week
