We specialise in delivering high-impact advertising campaigns across OOH, TV, Radio, and digital channels, helping brands grow through a unique cross-functional team.

The Role

We’re looking for a bold and creative Marketing Manager who can bring personality and intelligence to our marketing, following our motto "If others do it, don't". Ideally, you have at least two years of relevant experience, preferably from an agency, and you’ll take full ownership of our brand, marketing and TOV to raise the agency's profile, visibility, thought leadership, and engagement across all relevant channels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment, is eager to learn about all forms of media, and can independently manage all aspects of marketing from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to raise the profile of One Day Agency across key markets.
  • Own and evolve the agency’s tone of voice, brand messaging, and positioning to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Manage and grow the agency’s presence across key digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, website, email, etc.).
  • Plan, create, and publish compelling content (case studies, blogs, thought leadership, social posts, videos, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the senior team to promote new business initiatives, launches, partnerships, and PR opportunities.
  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that support the agency’s growth and client acquisition goals.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
  • Coordinate awards submissions, speaking opportunities, events, and other reputation-building initiatives.
  • Manage external suppliers (e.g., PR, SEO, design freelancers) as needed to deliver marketing objectives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for innovation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Marketing, ideally at an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Creativity, intelligence and a risk-taking approach.
  • Strong computer skills—you’ll need to navigate multiple platforms with ease.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
