Role Description
Manchester | 4 Days in the Office
We’re looking for a Growth Executive (Internship) to join our Business Development and Media team. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how an international advertising agency grows, pitches, and wins campaigns across multiple markets. You’ll work closely with the Growth team and collaborate with senior members of the media and creative teams. This role is ideal for someone curious, organised, and commercially minded, who wants to build a career in advertising, media, or growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and qualify inbound leads to ensure alignment with our client profile
- Support outbound lead outreach and follow-up on cold or unresponsive prospects
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead and opportunity data within the CRM
- Assist in creating and updating market decks, pitch materials, and credentials
- Help package and distribute special media deals and rate offers across our network
- Support media planning administration and coordination
- Liaise with media owners to source rate cards, specs, and presentation materials
- Keep media planners, site lists, and supporting documents up to date
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Google Workspace and comfortable learning CRM systems
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn about advertising, media planning, and client acquisition
Salary & Benefits
- Paid Internship: from £26,000 per annum
- Duration: 6 - 12 months
