The Role
We’re looking for a Junior OR Senior Growth Manager with at least 2 years of agency experience across OOH and wider ATL media channels to join our fast-paced Growth Team. You’ll take full ownership of inbound client inquiries - converting leads, pitching media plans, and delivering advertising campaigns across multiple channels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment, is eager to learn about all forms of media, and can independently manage campaigns from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound sales opportunities.
- Plan and buy media across OOH, TV, Radio, and other channels. UK and Worldwide.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Oversee campaign execution and ensure seamless project management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality results.

Salary & Benefits
