We specialise in delivering high-impact advertising campaigns across OOH, TV, Radio, and digital channels, helping brands grow through strategic media planning and buying.
The Role
We’re looking for a Junior OR Senior Account Manager with at least 1 year of OOH experience, ideally from an agency, specialist or media owner, to join our fast-paced Growth Team. You’ll take full ownership of inbound client inquiries—converting leads, pitching media plans, and delivering advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment, is eager to learn about all forms of media, and can independently manage campaigns from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound sales opportunities.
- Plan and buy media across OOH, TV, Radio, and other channels, UK and Worldwide.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Oversee campaign execution and ensure seamless project management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality results.

- Proven experience in account management or media sales (specialist, agency or media owner).
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: £30,000 to £45,000 base + uncapped commissions (+£50,000 potential, avg. £15,000 first year)
