The Role
We’re looking for a Junior OR Senior Account Manager with at least 2 years of agency experience across OOH and wider ATL media channels to join our fast-paced Growth Team. You’ll take full ownership of inbound client inquiries - converting leads, pitching media plans, and delivering advertising campaigns across multiple channels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment, is eager to learn about all forms of media, and can independently manage campaigns from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound sales opportunities.
- Plan and buy media across OOH, TV, Radio, and other channels, UK and Worldwide.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Oversee campaign execution and ensure seamless project management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality results.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven agency experience in account management or media sales.
- Excellent organisation and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills, you’ll need to navigate multiple platforms with ease.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

You must be London-based. This role will require regular travel (approx. 20% of your time), including time spent outside of London to support client meetings, market activity and partner relationships. You may also be required to travel to our Manchester HQ as part of your working pattern.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £35,000 to £60,000 base + uncapped commissions (+£50,000 potential, avg. £15,000 first year)
