The Role:
  • Commercial management of a major rail & civils scheme
  • Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts
  • Cost reporting, forecasting and CVRs
  • Managing variations, change and commercial risk
  • Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff
  • Working closely with operational teams to maximise project performance
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure, rail or civils
  • Strong NEC contract knowledge
  • Excellent commercial and contractual awareness
  • Ability to manage projects independently
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
