As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial management of major infrastructure projects, working closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful commercial delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:- NEC contract administration and management
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Change control and compensation event management
- Cost assurance and financial reporting
We are looking to speak with a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor who has experience within rail, infrastructure, or broader civil engineering environments.
You will ideally have:
- Experience within rail projects preferred
- Broader civil engineering or infrastructure experience also considered
- Strong NEC contract knowledge and practical application
- Experience in commercial management and cost reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
