As part of its ongoing expansion, the business is seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join its North West team, supporting the delivery of complex civil engineering and infrastructure schemes. The Role
As Sub Agent, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects from planning through to completion. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing site operations and programme delivery
- Supporting commercial and contractual performance
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Driving health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Monitoring project progress and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Building strong relationships with clients and project teams
About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Experience within civil engineering, highways, infrastructure, utilities, or related sectors
- Previous experience as a Sub Agent, Senior Engineer, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of project delivery and site management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A proactive approach and desire to progress their career
