Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to join an established consultancy where you can work on varied projects, develop your skills and build a long-term career?
We're working with a highly respected independent cost consultancy with an excellent reputation across the construction and infrastructure sectors.
The Role
- Support the commercial management of projects from pre-contract through to completion.
- Assist with cost planning, estimating, procurement and contract administration.
- Prepare valuations, forecasts and final accounts.
- Provide commercial advice and support to clients.
- Work closely with Senior QS's and experienced project professionals.
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and project teams.
- Gain exposure to a varied portfolio of construction, infrastructure and major projects.
About You
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, civil engineering or infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of commercial and cost management principles.
- Good knowledge of contracts, procurement and project delivery.
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
- Ambitious and keen to continue developing your career.
