The Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in the commercial management of major civil engineering projects, working closely with operational teams to maximise project performance and ensure successful delivery.

You'll be involved in:

  • Contract administration and commercial management
  • Cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Change control and compensation events
  • Subcontract procurement and management
  • Building strong relationships with clients and project teams

About You

  • Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering
  • Strong background in highways, or infrastructure projects
  • Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge (NEC)
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Ambitious, driven, and looking to progress within a leading contractor
