Were working with an established UK construction consultancy looking to appoint an Associate Director to join its Manchester team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced civil engineering professional with strong people management and leadership experience to take a key role within a growing regional operation.

The Role
Youll combine your technical and project experience with strong leadership skills, taking responsibility for developing people, managing client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the Manchester team.
You'll be involved in major civil engineering and infrastructure schemes, whilst working closely with senior leadership and key clients.
About You
Were looking for an experienced professional from a civil engineering / infrastructure background. xgikmsk Highways experience would be advantageous, but strong general civils experience will also be considered.
Most importantly, youll have:
- Proven people management & leadership experience
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills
- Solid civil engineering / infrastructure knowledge
- The confidence to operate at Associate Director level
- Ambition to develop both people and business
