We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing civil engineering division. This is a pivotal role within the business supporting the Directors by taking ownership of the estimating function and providing confident leadership across major bids and tenders.
Key responsibilities:- Lead the preparation of accurate, competitive tenders across civil engineering projects.
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements to produce detailed cost estimates.
- Collaborate closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure consistent project delivery.
- Take ownership of estimating processes, driving improvements and efficiencies across the department.
Proven experience in civil engineering estimating, ideally within rail or highways, but general civils experience is also valuable.
