The Role
As Site Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of civil engineering projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing site operations, programmes, and resources
- Leading site teams and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with RAMS
- Coordinating with commercial, engineering, and client teams
- Maintaining quality standards and driving progress on site
- Reporting on programme, progress, and site performance
About You
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering
- Strong background in groundworks, infrastructure, or utilities
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
- Confident leader with a practical, hands-on approach
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and site compliance
- Full UK driving licence (site travel required)
