As General Foreman, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of civil engineering sites, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising site operatives and subcontractors
- Coordinating daily activities and short-term programmes
- Ensuring works are carried out safely and in line with RAMS
- Maintaining quality standards and productivity on site
- Supporting the Site Manager with planning and reporting
- Leading by example on health & safety and site discipline
About you:
- Proven experience as a General Foreman / Works Foreman in civil engineering
- Strong background in groundworks, civil engineering/infrastructure, or utilities
- SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)
- CSCS and First Aid
- Hands-on leader with strong communication skills
- Full UK driving licence (site travel required)
