With an exciting pipeline of large-scale highways schemes in the Midlands, were on the lookout for an experienced Senior Estimator to join the Birmingham office and make a real impact.

What Were Looking For:

• Civil Engineering background (Highways or Rail experience ideal but not essential)
• Experience with a Main Contractor or Consultancy backgrounds will be considered
• Proven estimating expertise across diverse Civils projects

Your Key Responsibilities:

• First Principle Estimating ensuring accurate, competitive pricing
• Project Analysis reviewing plans and preparing detailed cost estimates
• Managing Bid Submissions delivering compelling proposals
• Negotiating with Subcontractors securing the best value
• Risk Identification mitigating potential challenges before they arise
