The Role Reporting to the Site Agent, as Section Engineer you'll take responsibility for managing a section of works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Managing engineering activities across your section of works.
Coordinating Site Engineers and supporting junior engineers where required.
Planning and delivering works in line with programme requirements.
Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently.
Ensuring quality assurance, inspections and technical compliance.
Preparing and reviewing RAMS, ITPs and engineering documentation.
Working closely with the Site Agent and Project Manager to drive successful project delivery.
What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Section Engineer within civil engineering.
Highways, roads or major infrastructure experience.
Strong technical knowledge including setting out, QA and temporary works.
Ability to coordinate engineering teams and subcontractors.
Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
CSCS Card and Full UK Driving Licence.
