We're working with a
highly respected independent cost consultancy
with an excellent reputation across the construction and infrastructure sectors.
The Role Support the commercial management of projects from pre-contract through to completion.
Assist with cost planning, estimating, procurement and contract administration.
Prepare valuations, forecasts and final accounts.
Provide commercial advice and support to clients.
Work closely with Senior QS's and experienced project professionals.
Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and project teams.
Gain exposure to a varied portfolio of
construction, infrastructure and major projects .
About You Experience working as a
Quantity Surveyor
within construction, civil engineering or infrastructure.
Strong understanding of commercial and cost management principles.
Good knowledge of contracts, procurement and project delivery.
Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
Ambitious and keen to continue developing your career.
