As Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial delivery of civil and rail projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial and contractual elements of projects from tender to final account.
- Work under NEC or JCT forms of contract.
- Support the development and improvement of internal commercial processes.
- Prepare valuations, variations, cost forecasts, and financial reports.
- Assist with estimating duties where required.
Experience:
- Background in civil engineering.
- Experience with NEC or JCT contracts.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and improve processes.
- Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach.
- Experience in estimating or cost planning is advantageous.
