As Site Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of civil engineering projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with RAMS
  • Coordinating with commercial, engineering, and client teams
  • Maintaining quality standards and driving progress on site
  • Reporting on programme, progress, and site performance

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering
  • Strong background in groundworks, infrastructure, or utilities
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
  • Confident leader with a practical, hands-on approach
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety and site compliance
  • Full UK driving licence (site travel required)
