The Opportunity:
- As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial team across live civil engineering projects, gaining exposure across the full project lifecycle.
- Cost control, valuations, and forecasting
- Interim applications, variations, and final accounts
- Subcontractor procurement and payments
- Regular site involvement and collaboration with delivery teams
About You
- Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or in a commercial role
- Civil engineering or construction background preferred
- Relevant qualification (or working towards one)
- Proactive, organised, and career-driven
- Full UK driving licence (site travel required)
