General Foreman | Civil Engineering | Highways | Oxford | Excellent Salary + Benefits Ready to take the next step with a leading civil engineering contractor?Company: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Foreman to join a highly successful civil engineering contractor delivering major highways and infrastructure projects across Oxfordshire.

With a strong order book and exciting projects ahead, they're looking to strengthen their delivery team.

The Role You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme while leading site teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities Supervising day-to-day construction activities.

Managing direct labour and subcontractors.

Driving high standards of health, safety and quality.

Coordinating works to meet programme requirements.

Working closely with the Site Agent and Project Manager.

Ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.

What We're Looking For Previous experience as a General Foreman within civil engineering.

Highways, roads or infrastructure project experience.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

A proactive approach with a focus on safety and quality.

SMSTS or SSSTS and CSCS Card preferred.
