With a clear growth strategy in place, the consultancy is now seeking an Associate Director to play a pivotal role in the leadership and continued development of its Manchester office. - Leading the delivery of major civil engineering and infrastructure commissions
- Managing and developing senior client relationships
- Line management, mentoring, and development of project teams

Key Requirements
- Extensive Quantity Surveyor experience within civil engineering or infrastructure
- Sector background in water, rail, highways, or general civils will be considered
- Proven team management and leadership experience
- Strong commercial acumen and business development capability
- Confident operating at Associate Director / leadership level
