High Note Hospitality is a new hospitality group founded by industry veterans James Dye and Benjy Leibowitz. Our vision is rooted in true hospitality, whether it's the way we manage, develop, and care for our teams, or the way we create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.
We are thrilled to announce the launch of One Club Row, Shoreditch, this coming March and are looking for a Sous Chef to join us. Our first site will feature two unique concepts within one building, with The Knave of Clubs pub on the ground floor serving Rotisserie and pub classics, and first floor restaurant One Club Row taking inspiration from the vibrant brasseries of New York.
The Kitchen is head up by Culinary Director Patrick Powell and Head Chef Attila Gellen. This opening is just the beginning of our journey, with more exciting projects in the pipeline. Joining our opening team offers an incredible opportunity for growth and development as the group expands.
