We are on a mission to raise the bar in property care, and we are looking for a sharp, reliable, and hands-on Field Operations Coordinator to help us get there.
What You'll Do:
- You'll be the engine room behind our day-to-day field operations - ensuring jobs are logged, allocated, delivered, and closed with precision and professionalism.
- You'll work closely with contractors, operatives, and the wider One Central team to keep everything running smoothly on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assign jobs to our team of contractors and operatives.
- Make initial site visits to assess job scope and collect accurate specifications.
- Track progress and ensure jobs are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Carry out follow-up inspections for quality control and snagging where necessary.
- Close jobs off on our internal systems and client portals with reports/photos.
- Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and housing standards across all works.
- Be the go-to point of contact for on-site teams and help resolve any blockers.
- Assist with onboarding new subcontractors and briefing them on standards.
Who You Are:
- You're organised, proactive, and great at juggling multiple moving parts.
- You have a background in property maintenance, construction, housing, or repairs coordination.
- You've got a good eye for detail and don't let things slip through the cracks.
