The role: Within this role you will operate across our phone systems to support customers in a variety of different ways including setting up new policies, dealing with customer enquiries, arranging the appropriate levels of cover needed by our customers and working toward specific sales targets.
Duties include:
- Handling telephone enquiries within the contact centre and setting up new insurance policies
- Administering customers' files correctly, whilst building genuine rapport
- Working toward and achieving specific targets
- Providing excellent customer service at all times, whilst maintaining a professional image

Schedule: Shift patterns and rotas will be discussed within your interview as these can vary between our opening times. Our opening hours are generally 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 4pm on weekends and Bank Holidays. There are plenty of opportunities for overtime, which is paid at £20 per hour and we may request your support and commitment during busy periods.

Location: One Call Insurance Services, First Point, Balby Carr Bank, Doncaster DN4 5JQ (on bus route, approx. 1 mile from town centre)
PLEASE NOTE: You may be subject to a DBS check before joining (fully covered by us). This is an office-based role. We have various start dates available, including immediate start.
