One Call Insurance was founded in 1995 by John Radford. From our offices in Doncaster we expanded to South Yorkshire offering home, car, van, commercial, temporary and learner driver insurance. We support local charities such as Firefly, Bluebell Wood and Eve Merton Dreams Trust.
Responsibility Overview
The role is a full‑time call centre position handling telephone enquiries, administering customer files, and ensuring all activities comply with FCA guidelines. You will achieve and maintain targets & SPIs, avoiding failing 3 days running, and cross‑sell products such as legal, breakdown, excess reducer, Total loss top‑up, HPI and Tools in transit. All notes must be detailed so colleagues understand advice given.
Training & Apprenticeship
- Your training will be completed online from your employer working address.
- Free CII membership for non‑members through the CII Aspire Apprenticeship Programme includes digital CII study books and exam entries.
- Resit costs for CII exams and End‑Point‑Assessment will be covered by the employer.
- Fortnightly workshops for each CII exam, recorded and available on demand.
- Interactive chat, forums and class notebooks for real‑time support from qualified insurance professionals.
- Exam tips, tricks, and strategies; regular tutorials and assessments with sector experts.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 with 1‑hour lunch. Late shifts may be required depending on department (11:30 – 20:00 with 1‑hour lunch).
