The Role
Within this role you will operate across our phone systems to support customers in a variety of different ways including setting up new policies, dealing with customer enquiries, arranging the appropriate levels of cover needed by our customers and working toward specific Sales targets.
Duties
- Handling telephone enquiries within the contact centre and setting up new Insurance policies
- Administering customers files correctly, whilst building genuine rapport
- Working toward and achieving specific targets
- Providing excellent customer service at all times, whilst maintaining a professional image

Schedule
Shift patterns and rotas will be discussed within your interview as these can vary between our opening times. Our opening hours are generally 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 4pm on weekends and Bank Holidays. There are plenty of opportunities for overtime, which is paid at £20 per hour and we may request your support and commitment during busy periods.
