One Call consultants based in Birmingham are on the lookout for a driven experienced Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in the Construction, Industrial, or Automotive recruitment sectors.
This is an in-person role based at our Walsall office — ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys the fast pace of a target-driven setting.
Working Hours
Monday-Thursday: 9:00AM – 16:00PM
Friday: 9:00AM – 15:00PM
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing a desk within your industry specialism
- Building long‑term client relationships through proactive sales and account management
- Sourcing, screening, and placing high‑quality candidates into temporary or permanent roles
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Staying current on industry trends to advise clients and candidates effectively
- Handling end‑to‑end recruitment processes with professionalism and urgency
What We’re Looking For
- Proven recruitment experience (3+ years) in Construction, Industrial, or Automotive sectors
- Strong sales ability – confident on the phone and in meetings
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A fast learner who can adapt quickly and take initiative
- Organised, driven, and motivated by success
- Local knowledge of the West Midlands market is a bonus
