The Details
- 40 hours per week - 32 clinical hours and 8 hours working from home for notes, admin and self‑development
- £35-43k annual income based on experience and interview, PLUS BONUS OF UP TO £600 PER MONTH
- 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays

Job Description
- Ensure clients feel comfortable in treatment sessions and deliver effective sports massage and mobilisation to high standards
- Provide a customer experience that encourages clients to return and refer others
- Ensure clients complete treatment plans and understand the importance of regular maintenance treatments
- Build rapport quickly and create a welcoming environment
- Facilitate goal‑directed patient management with a personal touch and thorough questioning about pain
- Demonstrate SnC in a gym or clinic environment while educating clients

We are seeking an engaging, bubbly, energetic, committed and driven musculoskeletal physiotherapist with at least 2+ years of MSK experience in private practice post‑graduation. There is significant potential for growth within the brand.
Reporting directly to the company directors, your primary responsibility is to provide the highest standard of customer service, patient care and attention to detail. Outcomes are the true measure of success. We focus on treating each patient as an individual, avoiding generic exercise sheets and striving to exceed patient goals.
The role demands excellent clinical reasoning, rapid assessment (within 5‑7 minutes), independent decision‑making, high standards of note‑keeping, and use of regular outcome measures. You must thrive in a high‑end environment with sports massage and manual therapy expertise. Clear communication of treatment plans and motivation for ongoing maintenance is essential.
We provide structured appraisal, annual salary review, and a comprehensive CPD programme. You may be required to take one weekend day per week and handle overtime as needed.
Person Requirements - Key Skills
- Excellent IT and admin skills (Gmail, Excel, Google Drive, booking systems)
- Ability to work independently and think on your feet
- Comfortable seeking help or asking questions when required
- Efficient note‑taking and confident record‑keeping throughout sessions
- Willingness to admit mistakes and learn from them
- Understanding of patient goals and ability to formulate clear plans of action
- Ability to explain benefits of treatment and justify plans to clients
- Immediate rapport building in the first session
- Willingness to be assessed and tracked regularly to improve practice
- Ability to explain the importance of maintenance, health and ongoing well‑being
- High attention to detail, conscientiousness and strong grammar in admin tasks
- Capacity to maintain after‑care contact with clients
- BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
- Right to Work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Sports massage experience
- Strength and Conditioning or Personal Training experience
- Qualified in Acupuncture/Dry Needling
