Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to maintain a welcoming environment and deliver high-quality services to members and guests.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff members to ensure effective team performance and conduct regular performance assessments.
- Resolve member grievances and respond to inquiries professionally to build rapport and improve member retention.
- Manage budgets and control expenses to ensure financial viability and implement marketing strategies to grow memberships.
- Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Plan and organize special events and activities to engage members and enhance their experience.
