    Bonus (but not essential):

    • Commercial Awareness — An interest in contracts, terms and conditions, and how commercial decisions impact the wider business
    • Quality & Compliance — Curiosity about quality systems, audits, data protection, and regulatory requirements

    Career Progression & Development

This role is designed as a strong foundation for a long-term career within our business. Over time, there are opportunities to progress into areas such as Operations, Commercial, Finance, Quality, or wider business functions as our organisation continues to grow. We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all career path. Instead, we'll work with you to understand your strengths, interests, and the needs of the business, helping you shape a progression route that allows you to develop where you can add the most value. While we can't promise a specific job title or timeline, we can promise support, development, and exposure. Your progression will be driven by how you apply yourself, the skills you build, and the impact you make — this is a role for someone who wants to show what they're truly capable of.
