Base pay range

Salary of up to £55k depending on experience.

Full‑Time 37.5 hours over 5 Days.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join our team to support the growth of our flagship award‑winning product: AIVR.

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded qualified Accountant to join our collaborative finance team. This role is open to individuals who are fully qualified in CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with OBC key stakeholders to strengthen the Finance team\’s impact across the business.
• Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
• Analyse and report on the monthly P&L and other financial reports.
• Provide financial reporting across different areas of the business and develop international reporting.
• Translate financial performance into meaningful insights, KPIs, and targets.
• Support budget planning and forecasting processes.
• Monitor and support compliance with tax requirements and regulatory changes.
• Manage initiatives such as R&D tax credits and government schemes.
• Play a key role in revenue growth projects.
• Support the year‑end audit process.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements across finance processes and controls.
• Informally mentor and support apprentice accountants.

Experience

• Qualified in CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.
• Experienced in monthly management reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience using other Microsoft office software and accounting packages (Sage, Xero, SAP).
