By taking ownership of product performance and project delivery, you will ensure our solutions solve critical challenges and exceed customer expectations. This role requires an interest in technology, whether in software, electronics, or rail systems. You will have a practical and pragmatic approach, delivering precise, detail-oriented work and yet also be flexible and responsive when required. In doing this you will build knowledge of the rail industry.
- Take ownership of specific features and project milestones, ensuring the product roadmap delivers measurable value.
- Provide support to our service & operations team by creating quality documentation.
- Proactively monitor product performance and deliver bespoke reporting to meet the needs of our customers.
- Validate machine learning models and positioning data through robust ground truth exercises.
Personal Qualities:
- Software development
- The rail industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – written, on the phone and in person.
- Familiarity with MS Office/Google GSuite productivity software (Docs, Sheets).
- Familiarity with or enthusiasm for rail.
