We are looking for a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef in Guildford For a cool and fun concept. Work with the best fresh seasonal produce. Our client really knows how to look after their Head Chefs providing great training and a great work life balance.
Salary £35,000 – £38,000 Plus Great Bonus & Benefits
The ideal Head Chef in London will have:

• Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in Surrey in a similar branded restaurant group
• Happy cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Happy to run the kitchen
• Experience of managing junior chefs
• Have a passion for food and want to learn and progress with a great company
• The right Chef will have real strength in individual and team development by Spotting and developing talent with Inspirational leadership skills

Salary £35,000 – £38,000 Plus Great Bonus and Benefits
