Small growing independent restaurant group is looking for an Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager in their great Brunch Cafe Restaurant in Queens Park.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small growing restaurant group that is well thought of within the industry. This is going to be a great place for an Assistant Manager to work, where the Founder knows how to look after their people and has proven experience of creating incredibly successful restaurant concepts.

The right Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager must be passionate about service and know how to train and develop their team to deliver exceptional standards. They will have a proven track record of driving a business's sales and will know how to work within a company's set standards and KPIs, whether they be financial or operational.

The right Assistant Manager will be able to (and keen to) move into a General Manager role within the next couple of years. What's most important to our client is that the Assistant Manager has a really positive personality and a passion for service, over delivering on their guests' expectations.

Salary: £45,000 inc of tronc & Benefits.
