We are working with a growing premium casual dining group with six restaurants and new openings planned. We are looking for a hands-on Group Head Chef to lead food development, chef training, and kitchen operations across the estate that must have Italian cuisine experience.
Group Head Chef Key Responsibilities:- Lead menu development, seasonal changes, and new dish creation
- Support new restaurant openings and kitchen set-ups
- Train, develop, and motivate kitchen teams across all sites
- Maintain consistency, food safety standards, and operational efficiency
- Work closely with site teams with a strong on-the-ground presence
- Multi-site chef or Head Chef leadership experience in premium casual or branded dining
- Strong background in fresh, ingredient-led cooking in Italian cuisine
- Managed or helped with food development and building kitchen teams
- Confident leading new openings and operational roll-outs
- Practical, collaborative, and hands-on approach
- £70,000 base salary
- Equity of up to 5%
