Our clients are one of the most successful Restauranteurs in the country and are looking for a General Manager to open a brand new exciting restaurant concept in Soho, London. With an amazing track record of creating incredibly well-respected Restaurant Groups in the past, our clients have now decided to open up a brand new restaurant concept featuring amazing quality food and Indo-Chinese cuisine.
The General Manager will be joining something special and unique to London, working directly with the founder and taking full operational responsibility. The restaurant will have a really atmospheric environment, and the style of service will be full table, engaging and relaxed.
The ideal candidate would be a Restaurant General Manager with full P&L accountability and a true passion for service standards and developing their team, along with new opening experience.
