Our clients are one of the most successful Restauranteurs in the country and are looking for a General Manager to open a brand new exciting restaurant concept in Soho, London. With an amazing track record of creating incredibly well-respected Restaurant Groups in the past, our clients have now decided to open up a brand new restaurant concept where the quality of food will be amazing, featuring Indo Chinese cuisine.
The General Manager will be joining something special and unique to London, working directly with the founder and taking full operational responsibility. The restaurant will have a really atmospheric environment, and the style of service will be full table, engaging, and relaxed.
The ideal candidate would be a Restaurant General Manager with full P&L accountability and a true passion for service standards and developing their team, with new opening experience. Our client really loves looking after their people, so this role would be an amazing opportunity for a General Manager looking for a challenge, willing to take control and ownership of the site and treat it like their own.
