THE OPPORTUNITY
- Lead a cluster. Own the P&L. Mobilise new buildings. Be mentored by the Operations Director, on a named, tracked path to that seat yourself within 24 months. £70,000 base plus a company bonus of 25–50%.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run multi-site operations across a cluster of premium centres
- Lead, develop and hold to account multiple Business Managers
- Full P&L, revenue and budget responsibility across the cluster
- Project-manage new centre openings, fit-out to handover
- Drive consistency of brand and service across every site
- Own escalated and complex client relationships
- Negotiate regional supplier, contractor and procurement deals
- Conduct cross-site audits: standards, H&S, fire, risk
- Manage capex, refurbishment and reconfiguration projects
- Roll out new systems and processes across all centres
- Drive commercial performance: pricing, yield, upsell
- Deputise for the Operations Director when required
