Key Responsibilities – A typical day in the life of the Sales Admin Role:
- Logging of leads and enquiries in a fashion that supports internal data capture and reporting.
- Efficient diary and appointment management for sales team with adding and modifying viewing schedule across the One Avenue portfolio and the appropriate follow-ups as required.
- Assuming current processes and developing new ones to assist in streamlining the sales process and increasing results.
- Clear, effective communication both verbal and written to brokers, agents, prospective clients and fellow team members.
- Presentation of the company, both verbal and written to be compliant with our brands, values and behaviours.
- Achievement of KPIs based on daily activity, pipeline management and enquiry-to-tour conversion (and supporting tour-to-deal conversation).
- Assisting in achievement of new workstation sales targets (i.e. clients) across the One Avenue portfolio and owning the commercial relationship with those clients moving forward.
- All information given to brokers, agents and prospective clients on pricing and availability to be within a commercial, financial and legal structure (including IT and Telecoms) that’s prior approved by the Executive and/or Commercial Director.
- Building strong relationships with external intermediaries such as Broker community and the Commercial Real Estate Agent community.
- Utilising the systems and software provided by the company to present information externally and internally in the required format within the timeframes laid down by the company.
Experience, skills & desirable qualities:
- Good communication and telephone manner.
- Must be able to work based in the office.
- Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
