Temp-to-Perm Framework: We will be using a temp-to-perm framework for all three roles to ensure the right long-term fit for both the organisation and individuals joining the Executive Suite. This approach provides an opportunity for both parties to collaborate during an initial evaluation period, assessing role fit, working style, reliability, demonstrated capability in the role and long-term alignment potential. The initial engagement period will typically last three months. During this time, individuals will:
- Undertake the responsibilities of their role
- Become familiar with the CEO’s working style
- Gain insight into the operational environment of the business
During the three-month trial period, either party may terminate employment according to the following structure:
- Week 1: No notice required by either party
- Weeks 2 - 12: One week’s notice required by either party
This framework ensures a clear, fair process for mutual assessment. At the end of the evaluation period, a decision will be made regarding transition to a permanent position. The decision will consider:
- Performance and delivery within the role
- Reliability and accountability
- Alignment with the operating principles of the Executive Suite
- Long-term suitability within the organisational structure
Where alignment is confirmed, the role will transition to a permanent appointment. The intention of this framework is to build a long-term, high-performing team within the Executive Suite, ensuring the right fit for both the organisation and the individuals involved.
