OVERVIEW
As the Head Receptionist at our luxury Marble Arch centre, you will take full ownership of the front-of-house experience, delivering an exceptional meet-and-greet service that elevates Meridien House from the very first interaction. First impressions are everything, and as the face of our business, you will create a warm, seamless and memorable arrival experience that sets the tone for the entire workplace. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for everyone entering the building, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere while prioritising client needs above all else. You will work independently at the reception desk, maintaining a consistent presence to greet visitors and assist with queries. While your main base will be reception, you will also support the centre management team with interesting projects that can be completed from your desk. You will oversee reception for the entire building. One Avenue occupies five of the six floors, while the second floor houses another company, and you will act as their receptionist too. The building also includes a residential section, so you may occasionally assist residents or contractors, ensuring a professional standard across all interactions. Your role is pivotal in shaping an inspiring environment and building trusted relationships.
