One Avenue are looking for a personable and dedicated Client Experience Assistant to join our growing operations department. This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to play a defining role in shaping the hospitality at One Avenue. You will support and assist the other Client Experience Team members and report to your General Manager to maintain high client satisfaction across our collection.

After success of the One Avenue brand, we are beginning our expansion, with new offices across London being added to the collection.

As a Client Experience Assistant your main objective is to deliver One Avenue’s award-winning, world class service to our clients, being an extension of their business. You will work alongside a growing team of Client Experience Assistants and Executives, while reporting to the General Manager. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with administrative requests – dealing with client requests in a timely and professional manner, while adding a personal touch, including mail handling, ordering supplies, taxis, hotels and restaurants.
  • Client move in and outs – assisting with client move in and outs, including design, IT, facilities and onboarding services (training will be provided).
  • Designing of office spaces – developing your interior design skills through bespoke office design projects.
  • Organising client events – hosting client events, creating a luxurious experience for our clients.
  • Tracking – responsible for tracking clients' monthly spends, supporting our finance department.
  • Upholding building standards – conducting regular building checks, ensuring the space is exceptional at all times.
  • Identifying opportunities – reviewing our hospitality offering to clients and creating suggestions based on your findings.

You will be:

  • Someone who shares our values of Attitude, Problem Solving and going Above & Beyond.
  • 1 or more years’ experience in a customer service role.
  • Well presented, client facing and able to represent the brand at all times.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to the ever-changing needs and ad hoc tasks within the role.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs and email handling.
  • Desire to provide a high standard of service.
  • Able to work autonomously or within a team to achieve set goals.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and multi-task.
  • Desire to provide a world class service to our clients and guests.
