Personal Assistant (Part-Time)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and highly organised individual to join our growing team as a Personal Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the business owner across two hospitality businesses: an established fine dining restaurant and a brand-new park café.
This role would suit someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, creative, and passionate about helping businesses grow through excellent organisation and engaging marketing.

Job Type: Part-Time (3-4 hours 5 Days A Week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the company owner, coordinating schedules and handling professional communications
  • Organise documents, records, and operational systems
  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining consistent service standards, improving workflows and driving efficiency
  • Support the planning, coordination and successful execution of work events, whilst maintaining strong client relationships
  • Manage purchasing activities, maintain supplier relationships and oversee inventory levels to support smooth and cost-effective operations
  • Develop marketing, social media, PR and customer engagement strategies, identifying opportunities to enhance brand visibility and profitability
  • Help increase brand awareness and customer engagement across both businesses, through capturing and creating engaging social media content (showcasing food, events, promotions and other daily business activities)

About You

  • Enthusiastic, positive, and eager to learn
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised with excellent time-management skills
  • Confident using computers and common business software, such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Creative with an eye for design and social media content; competence withCanva and social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Professional, trustworthy, and discreet
  • A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
