Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure all food is collected from hot pass immediately once ready and carried into the Restaurant on the butler trays.
- Ensure all condiments are accompanying the side orders, main courses and starters.
- Ensure that the food is served within One Aldwych standards and in accordance with the key standards.
- Ensure that the Restaurant Mise en place is always clean, polished and stored in the correct manner to avoid any breakages.
