Senior Concierge , where you will support the Head Concierge in leading the team to deliver exceptional guest service and uphold the highest luxury standards.
With your extensive local knowledge and passion for hospitality, you will help create personalised and memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring every interaction reflects the excellence of our Hotel.
- Your responsibilities
- Support the Head Concierge in the day-to-day operation of the Concierge department.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service while anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
- Arrange reservations, transportation, theatre tickets, tours, and bespoke guest experiences.
- Coordinate VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest itineraries, ensuring seamless service.
- Supervise and support the Concierge team, maintaining the highest luxury service standards.
- Build strong relationships with local partners and suppliers to provide expert recommendations and exclusive guest experiences.
- What you will bring
- Previous Concierge experience in a luxury 5-star hotel.
- Exceptional customer service and guest engagement skills.
- Strong knowledge of London, including restaurants, attractions, theatres, and VIP experiences.
- Current Les Clefs d'Or (The Golden Keys) membership.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Full, clean UK driving licence held for 5+ years.
