We are recruiting an experienced and dynamic Pastry Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team. Our kitchens and menus exemplify the penchant for British ingredients crafted into delicious dishes with a touch of imagination. Your Responsibilities
- Ensuring all menu items are prepared and presented in accordance with established recipes, methods and presentation standards
- Preparing the correct levels of mise en place and ensuring your section is ready for service
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation at all times
- Ensuring all purchased and prepared food is correctly labelled, dated, rotated and stored in line with legal and hygiene requirements
- Supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the pastry kitchen during service
- Assisting senior chefs on duty with the checking in of deliveries
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment at all times
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to help deliver memorable experiences for our guests
