Our highly skilled therapist approach each session as a personalised ritual, tailored for each client. Our members make use of our discreet gym and our biggest secret is our 18m lap pool using an innovative mineral cleaning system making it chlorine‑free.

Your Responsibilities:
- Welcome our guests and members in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Possess excellent knowledge of our treatments and products and effectively communicate this to our guests.
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously in accordance with our standards.
- Monitor and trace all treatment confirmations by email or phone and keep record of those in an organised manner.
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the health club at all times.
- Provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
